Born in Chicago, Jori always knew she wanted to travel. Only one trip to Rome she was hooked. After studying at John Cabot University in Rome and graduating with a Master’s degree in Art History (focusing on the ancient Romans, of course!) she combined her love all of all things Rome to create Caput Mundi Co.
Now living in Rome full-time, you can find Jori searching for the best cacio e pepe in the city, searching for Roman sarcophagi, or jogging along the Tiber River.
